Copy, printing PDF ebook

I have downloaded a PDF version of an ebook from EBSCO.  While the menu contains both copy and print, those features are not highlighted as been active.  How do I gain the ability to copy and or print pages.  The ebook that I am working with indicated I could copy up to 100 pages.

    Open Digital Edition.

    Right click on the eBook

    check media info

    If the permissions no for copy unf print it its not possilbe.

    Should it work should contact the reseller of the eBook.
