Could not connect to the fulfillment server - Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.8

Hello,

I have downloaded a .acsm file and when I try to open it using Adobe Digital Editions I get the below error message

I am connected to the internet, I have restarted, I've tried running ADE as administrator, this error message still pops up.

Can someone help please?
