Digital Editions 4.5

I'm trying to use digital edition 4.5. It works perfectly on my first MacBook. When I try to use it on a second authorized device, it starts the (it appears the page with the download but never really start it) download but never completes it. At the end (after some minutes) it says that there is an internet issues and to control my internet connection. (that works perfectly)

why?
