Digital Editions: E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

Hi!

Last week, I had a hard drive failure. So, I needed to get a new one and reinstall everything. I'm currently trying to download a copy of Thomas Hobbes' Leviathan from Google Play, onto Adobe Digital Editions. I'm being given the error: "E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED." I tried to contact tech support, and was redirected here. What needs to be done to fix this?
