Digital Editions Not Working

I have been using digital editions for years and it has always worked fine.  Recently it started duplicating books, mixing different titles with the wrong pictures and lending times, and if I transfer the books to my nook, it gives the error this book is no longer on loan message.  I tried using a different computer, but the problem is back.
