Digital Editions old e-mail does not longer exist. Password forgotten.

The AVANTEL e-mail address associated with my Adobe ID does not longer exist. Avantel was acquired 6 years ago by Axtel; all avantel.net accounts were eliminated of the planet. In order for me to retrieve the books I purchased by the Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics Digital Editions asks me to authorise my new MacBookPro. I need the old e-mail (got it) and a password I have forgotten. How can I get the old password delivered to my new e-mail?
