Disable Auto Update Digital Editions 4.5?

I have deployed Digital Editions 4.5 to some PCs in my organization. A few days later upon opening the software it is prompting for an update. These users do not have rights to update and they are police officers so I do not want them to get this pop up constantly. Is there a separate installer for IT professionals or is there a way to disable auto updates?
