Downloading from two online libraries

Guest

So I currently have two library cards and am attempting to use both of their online libraries to download books into my Adobe Digital Editions so that I can transfer them onto my Nook. However when I go to download books from the second online library, an error message comes up saying that it is unable to download because there was an error in getting the license. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is it because of the library or the Adobe Digital Editions? Is there a way that I can license the second library?

Thanks!!

I had a similar problem with my 2 cards. My son has a card and I have a card but ADE would only authorize one card per computer. I had to authorize the second card on the laptop.

You can try either of the options:

1) You can join 2 accounts as: Adobe eBook Platform - Account Synchronization

This will synchronize the 2 user accounts.

2)Multiple activation is supported by ADE.

Transfer the book onto your computer fulfilled by the second id.

Try to open the book,

ADE will prompt for authorization details: enter the authorization details.

ADE will be activated for both the accounts.
