Al intentar descargar unos libros que vienen en una promoción junto a un libro electrónico WOLDER, me sale el siguiente error. El fabricante me sugiere que me ponga en contacto con ADOBE ya que opinan que es un problema de Adobe Digital Editions. No encuentro ninguna solución. Agradecería su ayuda.

When attempting to download some books that come in a promotion with an eBook WOLDER, I get the following error. The manufacturer suggests that I contact ADOBE and saying it's a problem of Adobe Digital Editions. I find no solution. I would appreciate your help.

    As usual, it does not work and it has not been working for years. I keep moving to fresh computers to at least use ADE succesfully for a couple of times. Then I get this same error E_AUTH_BAD_DEVIC_KEY again. When removing the activitation from the Mac library, it still does not work. So I can trash my e-reader now because Adobe Digital Editions does not let me use it.

    Hola,

    ¿Puedes por favor tratar de "Retirar autorización al dispositivo y luego volver a autorizar el dispositivo" y ver si funciona ahora?

    Para retirar la autorización, hacer "de la vista de biblioteca, CTRL + SHIFT + D".
    Autorizar opción ("Dar autorización al ordenador") está disponible en el menú de ayuda de la ADE.

    Hola, he probado a desautorizar y ahora el error es A_ADEPT_INTERNAL

    También he probado la solución a este error eliminando adept del registro, pero sigue dándome error...

    Parece que hay algún problema con el DRM en su ADE.
