The support team send me here, so i hope ill get an answer. I just downloaded an ebook, but as i tried to verify it via Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, the error message: E_LIC-ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOHER_USER pops up. Does anyone know what to do?

I have got exactly the same error and the support team also sent me here. Below is whats written (in norwegian and translated to english) on the support site. How do I get verified whether I have multiple adobe IDs or not?
