when I open digital editions,my reader does not show on the side panel,im unable to transfer books to my reader,they are on my laptop but unable to go any further

    Before you try anything check if your reader supported of Digital Edition with the following List:

    https://blogs.adobe.com/digitalpublishing/supported‐devices

    If is on the list and still not work check if the device the Reader recognized itself. Sometimes it’s a

    problem with the Device and Reader itself and not Digital Edition.

    I have no idea how to check the reader as you say,how do I do that please ????

    use internet explorer browser with adobe digitals 4.5 to transfer your library books to your nook glow light +. I could not get it to work with any other browser.

    what is the point of having this forum ???

    I thought Adobe could have done better with  help,seems I expect to much
