Error #2038 when downloading e-books

I get the following error message when trying to download an e-book from my library:

IO Error on Network Request

Event Details

Error #2038

How can I fix this?

I've emptied out the 'tasks' folder in My Documents / My Digital but that didn't seem to do anything.

Did you figure this issue out?--Please help me i am 90 years old and not very good at all on the computer, could you possibly email me a very very detailed list on how I may fix this please rgskarica@sympatico.ca
