Error during recovery after failed manifest save.

Hello,

After buying a book from www.ebook.com, I tried to run Digital Editions. When I tried to download the book, I got this error:

Error during recovery after failed manifest save.
Error deleting file: manifest.xml
Error detail: Error #2038

When trying to authorize the computer, it is not recognizing my Username/Password. I input the information, and when I click "Authorize", all i get is an (!) Exclaimation point in a triangle. No other error is given.

Thanks alot in advanced if anyone can help me.

I tried removing the program, reinstalling, no dice.
