error E_ADEPT_INTERNAL remains even after solution via de-authorization

When trying to download ebooks (acsm) to Digital Editions, error E_ADEPT_INTERNAL remains even after I tried the solution with de-authorization and new authorization after that.

My ID works find, on my Mac as well as on Digital Editions and my ebook reader.

All of my other ebooks work fine on Digital Editions, it's just 5 ebooks of the same book series which result in this error message.

The files of these 5 ebooks are fine - I did contact the ebook shop before.

The chat with Adobe staff couldn't help me and just told me to try it here...

I really hope somebody here can help me!

    E_ADEPT_INTERNAL is a problem with the ebook download itself. Have you try to download again with a other internet browser?
