Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

My computer was stolen and the account I did use on that for E-books is for me an unknown account (can't remember if I did make a specific account). I got myself a new computer and signed up on Digital Edition to start using it again.

Now I can't download my E-books for school and can't de-activate the previous account since I don't know it.

Is is possible to get out of the misery ? or am I stuck in this forever

I can't access my library from my cellphone although I use the same and correct ID with the one I use to my computer. How is it possible to read ebooks from both libraries (not at the same time). I created another ID account and either that way I can't read a new ebook.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue. I bought a e-book from Lexis and they recommended this app. I downloaded ADE but the ACSM link was not opening so I deleted and reinstalled the ADE app. Now I'm getting this message-

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

    E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

How do I fix this?? Erasure did not help either. Reinstalling does not help, and there's no contact phone no. that can help me. Why have this app if there is no one who can troubleshoot this??

O and we can't ask the reseller to resend the link they have told us to speak to Adobe support!
