Freading to Adobe Digital Editions

I'm getting an error message: "Error! Check Activation," when I'm trying to download a library book through Freading. I tried to do the epub and pdf versions and got the same error message. So I checked the activation of Adobe Editions and it said that I was active. So I checked the Adobe Ed troubleshooting and it told me to contact them, so I did and they recommended checking the forum page. I don't see anything or maybe I'm asking the question incorrectly. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!
