Hi, Can't open library books on my kobo glo. DRM is not currently authorized for use with my id?

Hello,   i am totaly new to this.  I am trying to open library books on my kobo glo.  I keep getting that the document is protected by DRM and is not currently authorized for use with my id.   any solutions
