can i add a cover to a pdf file for ebook i have made the pdf and the cover already but cant get them together as one

Yes, there is no 'Documents' in the version I'm using.

There is no document on my screen . what do I do?

Open the PDF containing your pages and choose Document > Insert Pages, choose your cover PDF and insert as first page.

I would also like to know for the 2015 version... there is no "Documents"
