How Do I Fix Too Many Activations Error?

Hello

When I try to activate an application on my smartphone I get the message that I allready have to many activations...

I tried to contact the Adobe support by the Chat... They could not or would not help me... They said, that I have to make a request in this forum...

Does somebody can help me and can reset my activations?
