How do I get my password to work on Digital Editions? It won't work.

I just downloaded DE to my Macbook OSX.

I signed into Adobe and changed my password and it worked.

I tried to sign into DE and authorize my computer but it keeps saying Error and won't accept password.

No one has been able to help me all day! Ahhhhh!!!

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get my sign in info to work?
