How do I have my adobe id reset?

I guess I have downloaded on too many devices.  I want to be able to download onto my nook tablet again.  I can borrow the digital copy from the library using the overdrive app, but I can't download the book onto my device.  I get the message to contact adobe id support but can't find a phone number or Amy forum that can help me.
