how do I reauthorise my ADE to recognise my Kobo

Suddenly having so many problems trying to download my books from the library to my Kobo. Changed back to ADE 3.0 at library's suggestion, then told to reauthorize ADE. It wouldn't accept my password so activated it without a password. This solved the problem of downloading from the library to ADE but not to the Kobo. At both Kobo and library's suggestion, de-authorized Kobo and reinstalled it. Now ADE won't recognize the Kobo and I don't know how to change or reactivate ADE password. Anyone know how I can do this? When I go on the ADE site it just says ADE installed successfully and my computer is authorised.

I have the same problem with downloading the books.  I think if you call your library support people they will walk you through the process.
