Purchased an ebook from the Amer Psychiatric Assoc, tried to download and open, sent to Adobe digital editions site, enter ID and PW, told one and/or other was wrong, clicked on forgot PW button, got email with link to PW reset site, entered new PW, Seemed to accept new PW, tried to open ebook again, site still will not accept my PW or ID. I have had to enter this info four times. Your support for your product sucks and seems to be running me in circles. I have spent over an hour on this problem and now it seems I am on a user chat room and can not get any better support from you.
