how long does it take for activation/authorization reset?

I am now wondering how long it takes to get a response about a web case? I posted three days ago, which really isn't that long ago, but I  would like to get this actication/authorization problem straightened out. No idea what's happening on the Adobe end of things. Any info would be great!  Thanks.
