How to transfer my digital book (Ethics) to the words version so I can edit, copy and past?

I just bought one digital book and open it in Adobe digital 3.0 edition, I have ordered the adobe" transfer the PDF to words" service, but how can I transfer this digital book to the words? thanks and please let me know?
