I am still having problems with my sony ereader.

I am still having problems with my sony ereader. Have downloaded Adobe DRM epub onto my MAC that is fine but moving book to reader it does not recognise my Adobe log on information can anyone help please? I have tried the adobe help line not very very help full.

Does anyone have any idea why the log on I normally use for Adobe works on computer but doesn't work on reader.  I have changed my password 6 times in an effort to get it to work.

Please Please Any Advice

    Sony has Problems with Digital Edition. Better you try it with the program of sony. Sony for PC/Mac.

    I have tried what you have suggested but Mack doesn't recognise the dowload

    from Sony saying the app has to come from Mac

    Any more suggestions please.

    In this case i can not 100% help because this program not used. I only know that need this program for sony reader. The Program detected your reader and authoirze with your Adobe ID?
