Device is not showing up in the left panel after I connect device to PC. I havecontacted B&N ,SAMSUNG and now Adobe, to find the solution. I have seen that is registered and authorized under my correct email, have connected the device, unconnected the device, nothing is helping. I hear the device is coonected chime on thePC, I also see that Windows Media player opens. Don not know if this matters, or how to stop that. Extremely novice and frustrated. Any step by step help will be most appreciated.
