I apparantly, over the years, have created multiple (3 or more) ADE accounts. As a result I cannot enable any of them them to work on my now windows 10 laptop. I also cannot authorize my new nook glowlight.

Over the years of using ADE on this now windows 10 laptop I have apparently created at least 3 ADE ID's.  Because of an inability of ADE to authorize my new nook glow light, I uninstalled ADE and everything I could find pertaining to it.  I downloaded ADE 4.5 and am unable to authorize it apparently because of the multiple ID situation.  I am also unable to enable/authorize my new nook.

How can I start all over with ADE in other words remove all my ID's and use one email address to register?
