I can´t autorize the e-reader because of E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS

I don´t understand this, because I only use one ereader!

Same problem for me. My E-Reader said: Too many activations, but I use only two Reader. Where is the possibility to reset? No support anywhere?
