If I factory reset my laptop, will I be able to re-install my creative cloud programs?

I want to factory reset my laptop, but I'm nervous that if I do so, I will lose my adobe programs that I bought recently with the creative cloud.  Would I be able to reinstall them without rebuying the programs?

I think you should be able to (surely that is part of the point?);  but I'm not sure.
