Install of Digital Editions on new PC

Hi

My old PC died. I have installed Digital Editions on my new PC and authenticated with my Adobe ID. I had expected that I would then see my purchased books however nothing changed. Reading the docs I'm a bit dismayed to see that it appears that books are stored locally and therefore I need to (somehow) transfer my books from my old PC to my new one.

Before I do this I'd be grateful if someone could just confirm I'm on the right lines, or correct me if I have missed something.

    The eBooks are not save on Adobe. So the Adobe ID has no a eBook. The eBooks found in his old device or on the Website of the Reseller how has order it.
