Keep Receiving an Error Message Saying CE_Cannot Copy_Not Authorzied to Copy Book

Hi,

I have a Kobo and I am use Overdrive to download my books to my device.  I have been doing this for months with no issues but today I am getting this message.  I only have the one PC and I did ask them to check to see that my authorization limit for the number of devices had not been exceeded and it was reset.  However, the issue is still not resolved.  How can I get rid of this error message in order to copy my books to my Kobo.

    o.O the error say that you have no permission to copy the eBook.
    1: you used diffent adobe is for digital edition, eBook and your reader

    2: or the ebook can not copy -> same ebooks have no permission for this
