Kobo Glo wird von ADE nicht erkannt. Was tun?

Hallo,

Ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich habe einen neuen eReader um genau zu sein den Kobo Glo. Ich habe schon alles Mögliche versucht, von Pc neustarten ADE neu installieren, PC DEauthorisieren, anderes USB Kabel/Port etc. (...)

Es hilft alles nichts, ADE erkennt den Reader einfach nicht, dementsprechend ist es mir auch nicht möglich das Gerät manuell mit ADE zu verbinden. Am Kobo kann es eigentlich nicht liegen, denn der Pc erkennt ihn schon. Ich kann mir höchstens noch vorstellen, dass es irgendwie mit meinem Betriebssystem zusammenhängt, ich nutze Windows 8.1 32bit. Ich habe mich durch sämtliche Supportforen und Foren mit ähnlichen Themen durchgelesen, allerdings hat mir nichts davon geholfen. Inzwischen bin ich ziemlich verzweifelt, ich hoffe mir kann irgendwer helfen.

    Zwei Möglichkeiten.

    Ersetzen ADE2 mit 1.7.2 (2 ~ ~ ~ )

    Ja, es war sehr frustrierend , alle Bücher aus der Bibliothek nach dem Upgrade auf Adobe Digital Editions 2.0 lesen.

    Schließlich stellte sich heraus , dass der Prozess müssen Sie unter Einstellungen auf dem Gerät Kobo aus dem Kobo -Gerät -Konto anmelden .

    Was wir taten, war, alle Bücher aus der Bibliothek aus dem Kobo -Gerät und von der Adobe Digital Edition entfernen

    Weiter war es, wie auch aus dem Kobo- Geräte unterzeichnen die Kobo Desktop auf dem PC sowie dem Austritt aus Adobe Digital Edition.

    Weiter war zu starten Kobo Desktop und melden Sie sich

    Weiter war es, den Kobo Gerät an den USB -Port anschließen.

    Dies führte zu dem Kobo- Gerät aufgerüstet und mit dem Kobo Desktop synchronisierten . Warten Sie, bis die Synchronisierung abgeschlossen ist

    Trennen Sie das Gerät aus dem Kobo- USB-Anschluss

    Weiter war die Adobe Digital Edition neu starten und mit STRG -SHIFT -D , um den Computer zu deaktivieren und wählen Sie Löschen Autorisierung.

    Weiter war es, zurück zu Adobe Digital Edition gehen , Hilfe und Autorisieren von Computer-

    Weiter war es, den Kobo Gerät an den USB -Anschluß anschließen

    Weiter war es, das Gerät in der Kobo Adobe Digial Ausgabe auswählen und das Gerät autorisieren

    Weiter war es, ein Buch in der Bibliothek Adobe Digital Edition zu bekommen und dann ist es auf dem Kobo- Geräte hinzufügen

    Alles scheint von nun an arbeiten.

    Es gibt viele Fehler in ADE2.0 ( und 2.0.1 ) . Ersetzen Sie ADE2.0 mit dem älteren , aber zuverlässiger v1.7.2 .

    ( Sie können sie beide auf einmal installiert, wenn Sie möchten. )

    Version 1.7.2 , ist es ein wenig schwierig zu finden , auf der Adobe -Website für Windows und für Mac.

    Die Forensoftware wird manchmal verderben den Link oben . Es sollte nicht in eine leere " editio ns.html " werden. Die folgende Umleitungen auf der gleichen Seite : http://tinyurl.com/diged172

    Einige Leute haben versucht, ADE gefunden automatisch aktualisieren.

    Es scheint ( nicht 100% sicher ) , dass wenn man als ADE2.0 installieren eine neue Installation (nicht als Upgrade ) , die Ihren 1.7.2 läuft weiter .

    Wahrscheinlich am besten , nein zu sagen , wenn 2.0.x Installation gefragt, ob Sie Ihre Bibliothek migrieren möchten.

    Yes it was extremely frustrating process to read any library books after the upgrade to Adobe Digital Editions 2.0.

    Eventually it turned out that the process must have you sign out of the Kobo device Account under settings on the Kobo Device.

    What we did was to remove all library books from the Kobo device and from the Adobe Digital Edition

    Next was to sign out of the Kobo Device as well as the Kobo Desktop on the PC as well as exiting from Adobe Digital Edition.

    Next was to start up Kobo Desktop and sign in.

    Next was to connect the Kobo device to the USB port.

    This resulted in the Kobo device being upgraded and Sync'd to the Kobo Desktop. Wait until the Sync is complete

    Disconnect the Kobo device from the USB port

    Next was to restart Adobe Digital Edition and using CTRL-SHIFT-D to deauthorize the computer and select Erase Authorization.

    Next was to go back to Adobe Digital Edition, Help and Authorize Computer

    Next was to reconnect the Kobo device to the USB port

    Next was to select the Kobo device in the Adobe Digial Edition and Authorize the device

    Next was to get a library book in the Adobe Digital Edition and then add it to the Kobo Device

    Everything seems to be working from then on.

    There are lots of bugs in ADE2.0 (and 2.0.1).  Try replacing ADE2.0 with the older but more reliable v1.7.2.

    (You can have them both installed at once if you like.)

    Version 1.7.2, it is a little difficult to find, available on Adobe site for Windows and for Mac.

    The forum software is sometimes corrupting the link above.  There shouldn't be a blank in 'editio ns.html'.  The following redirects to the same page: http://tinyurl.com/diged172

    Some people have found ADE trying to upgrade automatically. 

    It appears (not 100% sure) that if you install ADE2.0 as a new install (not as an upgrade) that your 1.7.2 will continue to run.

    Probably best to say no if 2.0.x installation asks if you want to migrate your library.

    Thank you for your reply, but actually that didn't solve my Problem.

    I tried installing the older version of ADE but it still won't detect my Reader. There won't appear a symbol or a new "shelf" in ADE and there also is no Window asking me to authorize my device. I even tried to restart my device, but no use. My Kobo still says, that it isn't connected to ADE. Could there be a compatibility problem with the Kobo Glo/ADE and Windows 8?

    I think it should be ok, but ...???

    Does the Kobo show up as a mounted drive in Windows Explorer?

    If not, the issue is before you get to ADE: check the USB port and then cable.

    Can't think of anything else right now.
