Laser Ebook reader EB700, EB7C-4G

got a new Laser EB7C-4G reader but it wont sync or be regognised by adobe digital editions, have logged in as a new user and verified my account and computer is authenicated etc

I got it to show up once but it wouldnt let me open the reader - it was completly showing empty, usb cable was checked and is ok!

Paperwork comfirms that it to be used with Adobe DE.

At a loss of what to try next?

    On page 11 of the user manual it says you can press the zoom button to display scale to XL - I can only go to L except when I turn on realignment then all I get is an empty page except the name of the book on the bottom.   Please can tell me :

    (a) how to centre the print to the page in scale S-L ( it has a 1 inch left hand margin: and

    (b) how do I increase the scale to XL

    Please help it is unusable as it is.

    Someone may know the answer to this question, but you'd be more likely to

    get one if you go to the forum for your ebook reader.
