My device does not show up on digital editions

My device is not showing up on a ADE page where you can transfer an ebook to your device.

I have checked "my computer" and the device is showing correctly.  It just isn't coming up

on the page so that I can transfer my book.  Any suggestions?  And yes I have tried

reinstalling ADE.
