Need to reset activation ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION

i need to reset activation for my adobe digital edition, i got confused by the guide and the chat support.
the guide mention that i need support's help to reset it

but when i contact the support they said this product is not supported by chat support , and ask to contact di Forum, WT*.
