New hard drive

I am trying to set up a 2nd ereader on my PC with ADE.  I found out my computer isn't authorized. When I follow the directions to activate, I get the an Activation Server Error  code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY.  I just had to replace my hard  drive so can't deactivate my old computer. Info says to contact Adobe.

    I deactivated the current computer and then re activated it with no problem.  I still cannot download a library book to my ereader.
