NOOK doesn't show up

I have a NOOK HD and it will not show up in the "Library" portion of ADOBE Reader so I can transfer ebooks to it.  I had been successfully using ADOBE with my previous NOOK.

My computer recognizes the device but ADOBE doesn't.

Wrong forum. You'll want to visit the Adobe Digital Editions user-2-user forum at:

Adobe Reader doesn't has a "Library" portion.

Actually it does. Mine has 3 tabs at the top. FILE,LIBRARY and HELP.  Under Library are the bookshelves.  When an ereader is connected to the computer, it shows up under the bookshelves in the library, then you click the book you have just downloaded and drag it to the device name, then it is transferred to the device for portable reading.  Help brings you to the forums.
