Nothing appears in Digital Editions

Hello,

When I open Digital Editions on my computer, nothing appears. I cannot see my Biblioroms or the books I have downloaded.

Here's everything I have already done : 

- Install and uninstall the application (both version 3.0 and 4.5.11 Windows), several times.

- Clear the cache and cookies on my computer.

- Restart my computer, and this, several times.

- I authorized the computer (and remove the authorization and I gave it back, etc.)

I spoke with an Adobe technician on the phone and he had no skills to resolve my problem. Can someone help me? I am desperate and I have no more solutions.
