On opening Adobe Premiere Pro I receive a ERROR 3 message?

When I have tried to open my Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 several times and I keep getting an Error 3 message and don't know what that is.  I also have tried to open my other Adobe programs in the Master Suite and I keep getting an Error 6 message on them. Does anyone know what these are and how I go about correcting them.  I would love to use these programs but haven't been able to do so.  I bought this Mac  off of Amazon and they were already installed on it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Is there any where I can get the installation disc for them?
