OverDrive Adobe ID authorisation reset

Hi

i see this question has been asked before and not answered. I tried the chat support but they cannot help. Please can someone elaborate on how to get authorisations reset for the Adobe ID used to allow the download of ePub files through the OverDrive Appliaction on iPhones.
