Please Help! Vendor account not associated with items im trying to open

Hello,

I need to open an NCLEX Review book. I can see the book in my Adobe Digital Editions but when I try to authorize the book this is the error message I am getting, " The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try Again."

Ive uninstalled Adobe from my computer and reinstalled it and im still getting the same response. I have contacted Adobe and my computer and account are verified. What can I do now??

    Try this (it worked for me):

    1) In ADEditions, go to Help --> Erase Authorization

    2) In ADEditions, go to Help --> Authorize [using Adobe ID]

    3) Select Book(s) --> right click --> Remove from Library

    4) Re-add book(s) (in case that you have an .acsm file with a link, open this file with ADEditions)
