Pocket Book HD 2 - ID accepted at settings in the HD but unable to open bookd

Hi all,

I just try to understand onleihe, i csan open the book on my PC in my adobe editions, but when i transfer it to my PocketBook the trouble is starting. the PB is authorized, it is visible in the settings as a connection, internet working. but after transfering the book and trying to open the e book, there is this error message:

"Falls sie bereits eine Adobe ID haben oder erstellen wollen, gehen sie in gehen sie bitte in die Einstellungen um ihr Gerät zu aktivieren."

but it is activated can anyone help me?
