probleme d'activation de l'ordinateur

Bonjour,

Je ne parviens pas à activer mon ordinateur.

Je parviens à me connecter sur le site d'adobe avec mon ID adobe.

J'ai changé le mot de passe  x20. J'ai désinstalle/ré-installé  ADE x20.

Le but est de transférer les livres empruntés à la bibliothèque sur la KOBO.

J'ai le message "ID ou mot de passe incorrect pour ce fournisseur d'ebook...."

Quel étape je rate?

    Has you Umlauts or special characters in your Passwort?

    Hi,

    Yes I used special characters. So all I have to do is to change the password?
