"Error Getting License"

I just downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 onto my new computer. Library books (EPUB) that I downloaded on my old computer show up on the new computer, but I am unable to download new library books. I get the following error message: "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY." The program IS authorized to me. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.

    I ended up de-authorizing and re-authorizing the account (command-shift-D I think?). Once it was re-authorized I was able to load my books. Hope that helps!
