Re-installed ADE on new HDD and Kobo books have disappeared

I recently had to re-installed my Windows 7 Pro on a new hard drive and as a result re-installed all my software with the latest editions.

I now have ADE 4.5 and after activating my PC all of my Kobo purchased books have disappeared except for one I bought after the install.   They all appear in the My Digital Editions folder which I recovered from a backup after the re-install but not in purchased books in ADE.

How do I fix this to have ADE recognize all of my books?
