Regain access to epub books / library

i had access to epub books on a laptop that can not turn-on any more; at that laptop the adobe digital editions application was not assigned to an adobe ID (my ID). On the laptop that i am now using, i have registered an adobe ID through my yahoo mail and have linked my account to my gmail and apple IDs. please advice on what i should do to regain access to the adobe library.
