removing DRM from Brought ebooks

Question

How do you remove DRM from purchased items as the ADOBE Digital editions reader is SHITE.

i have removed and reinstalled the software, changed the library name.

Authorized the computer wiht no ID which is pretty pointless when you purchase books and the first thing the book asks for is an ID!!!

Contacted the help desk, referred to the forums for an answer.

How do you create a product that causes so many issues??? and has no easily obtainable answers.

The easiest way would be to have an overall reset key that only Adobe can administer, yet this is not the case?

i have several books that call for an ADOBE ID and i only have 2, so how hard can it be!!!!!!

I have dragged the .DAT file to the trash, reauthorised the software again to both of my user accounts and still comes up with wrong account, cannot verify. Setup an Overdrive account, which allows me to authorise the computer but does not allow me to read,

the already purchased 9 books that are tied to the Adobe .ACSM file extension.

Will Adobe refund me the purchase of these 9 books so i can redownload them as they don't seem to be helping resolve the software/ password/ user id issue?
