downloaded a library book and it states that it is protected by Digital Rights Management and not autorized.  I have signed out and then in.  I deleted book and redownloaded.  I deauthorizd and reauthorized.  nothing orks so far.

    Which version of Digital Edition do you used?
    Do you used windows or macintosh?

    Which error message you get?

    I have 4.5 and am windows based.  I deleted book then went into my hard drive and found remnants of the old file and deleted them.  Then returned the book and reborrowed it.  I have never had this problem but this seemed to work. Thanks anyway.
