Stop constant set-up pop ups

For about the last week, I have been having the attached pop-up appear every two hours asking me to accept the license agreement and install the software.

I did and this message box still keeps pooping up.

I was so fed up, I uninstalled Adobe Digital editions and this box still pops up.

I'm going nuts because I can get rid of this piece of garbage software.

Can someone please tell me how to completely wipe this off my computer so I never see it again?

The error has the cause in user rights problem with your user. You need admin-rights for right installation. If you think that has a admin user try it with a new admin user.
